Shipping
When will my order be shipped out?
All orders will be shipped within 15 working days from the order being placed.

How long will my order take to reach me?
Domestic orders typically take upto 4 days from the date of order placement.
International orders delivery timelines vary by location. Please contact us with your location if you would like an estimate of shipping time.
How much does shipping cost?
For domestic orders, you will see a shipping charge when you check out. For international orders, please contact us for your shipping estimate.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, at an extra charge (subject to location). Please contact us if you would like this service.
Will I have to pay customs and/ or duties?
Yes, you will be responsible for these charges based on the rules in your country, if applicable.
Where is my order?
You will receive tracking information and order updates via your registered email address.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on orders of standard sizing only, within one week from delivery. You may return your order for store credit (valid for 1 year), or exchange it for other sizes or garments.
We will be deducting Rs. 100 from your original method of payment to cover shipping cost for returns.
Garments with tags intact will go through a quality check to be approved for a return. Please ensure garments are in the same condition as when you received them.
For custom orders, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Custom Orders
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we are happy to work with you to make your garments in a custom size and/ or fabric. In order to adequately compensate our production team for the extra time they put in, we add an extra charge for custom work. Please contact us for any custom orders!
Can I send you my fabric to make a garment?
Definitely! We would love to help you upcycle or use fabrics you may have in our cuts. Please reach out to us to collaborate for your unique piece.
Pro tip - saris are a great option for customizations!
Alterations
My order reached me but does not fit properly. Can you help?
We would love to help you get the perfect fit for your garment! Alterations are welcome, for which we charge Rs. 250 to compensate for our tailors’ time. You will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
Gift Cards
What denominations are available?
We offer gift cards of all denominations. If the amount you would like to purchase isn’t listed on our gift card tab, we are happy to make you a custom one!
When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
Do you offer e-gift cards or physical ones?
E-gift cards are the norm at Tanvi Gupta Couture. However, we are happy to send you a physical gift card upon request.
Miscellaneous
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Please refer to our size chart, or reach out to us! We are happy to help you choose a size based on your measurements.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at the earliest! We will do our best to accommodate your request, based on whether we have begun production for your piece.
What if my order arrived damaged/ faulty/ incorrect?
We are sorry this happened! Please contact us with images and details regarding your order, including a video/ images right when you have unboxed it, and we will help you out at the earliest.
How do I care for my garments?

Do you offer COD?
We offer COD at a small charge, visible at checkout.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services at a small charge, and will also include a personalized note from you.
Can I add a personalised message?
Absolutely! Please reach out to us, and we are happy to include a note on your behalf.
Store Credit
How do I use my store credit?
You can enter your store credit note in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ field on the payment page.
How long is my store credit valid for?
Your store credit is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.
Out of Stock Styles
The size I am looking for in a specific style is out of stock on the website. When will it be back?
We hate when this happens to us too! Please reach out to us, and we will make it in the required size if we have the fabric available. We can also share alternate fabrics for a custom order with you.
When will a style be back in stock?
Restocking of products is highly dependent on customer demand and fabric availability. If we’ve received enough requests and the fabric is available to reorder, we do our best to bring it back. However, given the nature of our process, it’s hard for us to say for sure. Do get in touch with us to see what we can offer!
